eFinance, in collaboration with the government, has supported the adoption of an ambitious administrative reform plan aimed at effectively responding to citizens’ needs, improving the provision and governance of public services, leveraging advancements in digital transformation technologies.

Khadamat Masr, first established in Aswan as part of the collaboration between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, embodies a significant initiative aimed at providing a qualitative shift in the services provided by government institutions. eFinance, in partnership with the Ministry of Planning and Administrative Development, is focused on the development of governmental services and the creation of integrated government service complexes, streamlining public service delivery for the convenience of citizens.

The initiative has seen the establishment of fixed centers in key locations such as Aswan, Sharm El Sheikh, Alexandria, and more recently Cairo. The centers are open in centralized locations for citizens to access the services easily, as well as electronic payment services, with an aim to implement digital transformation in a holistic manner to facilitate the needs of citizens and achieve financial inclusion. eFinance plans to expand “Khadamat Misr” to include more than 200 government services across 14 centers in the coming years.

To achieve sustainability, customer satisfaction rates are measured, regular monitoring of the work progress is conducted, and dashboards that operate with the latest technologies provide real-time data and measure the number of transactions.

With the scope of improving the quality of services provided to citizens, Khadamat Masr, under the Ministry of Planning’s development process in cooperation with eFinance, represents a substantial leap in the level of services provided by governmental institutions.
