e-finance provides the pension department with an e-payment system that will resolve the complications of distributing the pensions and benefits of pensioners to different payment channels (pension payment offices – banks – post offices) by availing a function that uploads the registration and payment files from the pension department to the e-payment system.
The e-payment system provides pension payments through three different channels:
Normal account, through normal banks accounts.
Electronic account, through the government payment cards.
Teller, through the fulfillment entities’ tellers.
The e-payment system acts as a payment hub that connects the pension department with the fulfillment entities, thus enabling the fulfillment entities’ users to download the registration and payment files and ensures the consistency of data.
Government Salaries & Benefits Payment
e-finance provides the Ministry of Finance accounting units with an e-payment system that will resolve the complication of distributing the salaries and benefits of government employees by availing a function that uploads the registration and payment files from the accounting unit to the e-payment system.

Suppliers Payment
e-finance will provide supplier payment service to governmental accounting units to pay to suppliers their due invoices by an electronic payment order. The accounting unit will issue an electronic check to the system containing supplier’s details to allow the system to complete the payment cycle.
